Our client, a leading installation and lifting operations contractor, is seeking a Crane Supervisor/Lift Supervisor to join their team in Cardiff. This 12-month project offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of live contracts across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and working alongside the Site Manager and Contracts Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Site supervision and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Keeping accurate site diaries and conducting regular toolbox talks.
  • Quality assurance and daily briefings to ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Supervising lifting operatives and organizing lift plan sheets.
Requirements:
  • CPCS - Lift Supervisor certification.
  • First aid training.
  • Proven experience in the role of a lift/crane supervisor.
