Automation Maintenance Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Automation Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Exeter Mail Centre. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of automation assets through effective maintenance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks, including preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Conduct continuous improvement activities to enhance automation outputs
- Provide support to the Engineering Manager, Maintenance Team Leader, and Engineering Team Coaches
- Identify root causes of automation breakdowns and prioritize corrective actions
- Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with operational stakeholders to improve automation outputs
About You
We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled engineer with a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering. You will have a flexible approach and the ability to communicate complex issues effectively. A full UK driving licence is also required.
