Showroom Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showrooms Manager to join our team at Tilezine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy retail showroom with a trade counter, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Lead a small team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall showroom experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, build relationships with customers, and drive sales conversions.
- Monitor and control showroom inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a showroom or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth.
