We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our dynamic team at Cricket St Thomas Hotel.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our Hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
  • You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Manager to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • With a passion for food and drink, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and recommendations to our guests.
  • You will be a team player, always willing to lend a hand and support your colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
