About the Role:

Law Absolute Limited is recruiting for an exceptional educational institution in Berkshire, seeking a Legislative Advisor. This permanent position requires a qualified solicitor or barrister with extensive knowledge in GDPR, contract law, and intellectual property law.

The successful candidate will provide legal advice to the staff body, working closely with senior colleagues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on GDPR matters
  • Delivering legal advice to the staff body
  • Collaborating with senior colleagues

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister
  • At least 2 years' PQE experience
  • Expertise in GDPR and contract law
  • Able to work on-site with potential for hybrid model

Salary: Estimated £53,000 per annum. Part-time options available (term time only).
