As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling the design, manufacture, and supply of underfloor heating systems to main contractors, plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors, and housebuilders.
Key Responsibilities- Selling underfloor heating systems to key clients in the construction industry
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Generating sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, social media, and existing accounts
- Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice
- Providing excellent customer service and following up on enquiries
- Office sales experience, ideally within the construction industry or B2B environment
- Contract selling experience highly beneficial
- Underfloor heating experience highly advantageous, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, confident, driven, and ambitious
- Full UK driving license
