Job Title: Senior Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead our property management team in Canary Wharf.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Attending daily meetings with senior management and colleagues to discuss daily tasks and priorities
  • Managing and prioritizing workload to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Coordinating maintenance work with contractors and ensuring timely completion
  • Managing tenancy extensions, rent increases, and references
  • Providing training and guidance to trainee property managers
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Motivation and a desire to help others
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Property experience and knowledge of letting's legislation
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
