About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital part in making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. Your role will involve providing high-quality care and support to ensure they get the most out of each day.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as food and drink support, and follow care plans to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide one-to-one time and companionship to residents, helping them build meaningful relationships and creating a sense of belonging.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for caring for older people and a can-do attitude. You will also need excellent communication skills, empathy, and a warm-hearted approach to build strong relationships with our residents.
