Role Overview:

The Group Risk and Healthcare Consultant will play a vital role in the 'Group Risk & Healthcare' division of our client, an award-winning financial solutions company. This division provides a wide range of professional and financial services to individuals and companies, including life insurance, private health insurance, critical illness insurance, and dental insurance.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the benefits of the groups EB's clients, providing market review exercises for 'Group Risk and Healthcare' policies, and supporting clients with queries on their schemes or potential schemes.

  • Liaise with employers and scheme members to resolve queries efficiently
  • Analyse market feedback and produce regular Excel reports making recommendations to clients
  • Instruct insurers to proceed with relevant completion of forms etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market review exercises for 'Group Risk and Healthcare' policies
  • Support clients with queries on their schemes or potential schemes
  • Process annual accounts for scheme renewals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need to have experience in a commercially focussed position OR be a Senior Administrator within a Healthcare Insurance product provider (life, critical illness, private health, dental), and therefore be very familiar with the above products and GR1 qualified or keen to undertake this as part of your career goals.
