The estimated salary for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 per year.

We are seeking a visionary VP of Product to lead and expand our product offerings. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and articulating a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and optimisation.
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to prioritise features and deliver on timelines.
  • Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing product management team.
  • Fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You will have 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth e-commerce or marketplace company. A proven track record of scaling digital products in competitive markets is essential.
