About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our NHS Talking Therapies service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic clinical direction and leadership to our service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality psychological interventions to individuals with mild to moderate mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive clinical strategy for our NHS Talking Therapies service, ensuring alignment with national standards and best practice.
  • Lead on the development and delivery of training programs for our clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with operational leads and professionals to ensure seamless integration of our service with other mental health services in the localities we serve.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues to develop and implement a supervision strategy, ensuring effective clinical supervision and support for our clinical staff.
  • Champion co-production and support the development of the lived experience voice within our service, ensuring that the voices and needs of our service users are at the forefront of our decision-making.
