Job Description

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our Customer, Brand & Engagement (CB&E) function as a Communications Risk Consultant. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for providing end-to-end risk governance services, contributing to risk, process, and policy management reporting, and working with stakeholders to ensure effective communications.

This role involves monitoring critical controls performance and loss events, and advising on matters related to risk, policy, and process governance. You'll also be responsible for designing and delivering regular risk reporting to enable data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing Executive and Board-level reporting packs
  • Contributing to risk and control insights
  • Supporting the delivery of management information and data interpretation
  • Exploiting new technologies to improve efficiency in risk and controls management

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of risk, policy, and process governance, as well as experience in using Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of SM&CR and associated regulatory requirements is also essential.
