### Job Overview

At Schroders, we're seeking a skilled Compensation Reconciliation Analyst to join our Group Compensation Accounting team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll data within our internal systems.

### Key Responsibilities

* Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure its accuracy and completeness
* Identify and resolve discrepancies and errors in payroll data
* Produce balance sheet reconciliations for various accounts

### About the Team

The Group Compensation Accounting team provides accounting services globally for Schroders' compensation-related costs. We focus on variable compensation, including bonuses and deferred awards, and work closely with Finance and other teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
