Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Inspector to join our team at Matchtech. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work in accordance with HSE legislation, company operating systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to set, run, and program CMM inspection software and equipment.
  • Experience in a range of manual inspection techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times.
  • Utilise SAP system for tracking routings, data entry, and producing final release documentation ensuring product conformity.
  • Input, record, and analyse data in varying formats, including FAI requirements, self-inspection, databases, SAP, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Adhere to SQCDPI quality requirements and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship within the Manufacturing sector - Aerospace, Automotive, or similar industry.
  • Experience and familiarity with company procedures and processes within an organisation accredited to ISO, CAA, BSI, or equivalent standards within the Manufacturing sector for a minimum of 3 years.
