Chef De Partie in a Prestigious Hotel Setting

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our hotel team at The Cavalry Global. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie and possess excellent cooking skills, including knowledge of European, British and western cuisines.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (2 years plus)
  • Excellent cooking skills, including various methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
  • Knowledge of European, British and western cuisines.
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum.
  • Opportunity to work in a prestigious, historically significant venue.
  • Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
