Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Perran Sands Holiday Park in Cornwall. As a key member of our Facilities and Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for completing reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance repairs to ensure the upkeep of our holiday homes and buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Maintenance Team to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Complete repairs to the internal and external fabric of holiday homes and buildings
  • General plumbing, carpentry, and glazing repairs
  • Basic electrical and safe isolation
  • Appliance repairs

Requirements:

  • Highly competent (and confident) in trade skills
  • Evidence of previous trade roles
  • Full valid UK Driving Licence
