Role Overview

The Technical Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Quality team at Wabtec Corporation. This role involves maintaining and updating processes, procedures, technical records, and QMS-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure documentation issues/updates are completed and uploaded on time.
  • Lead the updates and maintenance of all documentation.
  • Maintain the QMS system, ensuring processes and procedures are kept up to date.
  • Generate and update technical documentation, such as Engineering updates, specification changes, inspection and build documents.
  • Oversee hard and soft document control, including archiving and transfer activities.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Quality experience/background preferred.
  • Confident to interact with other departments.
  • Ability to understand and interpret processes and procedures.
  • Strong skill set in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Good attention to detail, be a team player, and must be able to work on own initiative.
