Licensing Compliance Specialist

Renfrewshire Council is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Licensing Compliance Specialist. This exciting opportunity will involve providing guidance and carrying out monitoring and enforcement under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.
The successful candidate will have the ability to understand their role and responsibility in terms of legislation and policies, as well as being aware of licensing regimes introduced by the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, the Gambling Act 2005, and Civic Government licensing legislation. Strong administrative skills, including record keeping and report writing, are essential for this position.
