We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and make a real difference in the lives of others.
As a Care Assistant with Bupa, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, and you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in areas such as clinical care, personal care, and emotional support.
This is a permanent contract, with shifts available on both day and night shifts. We offer a competitive salary, which includes £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including free meals, 28 days annual leave, and access to our employee assistance programme.
