Senior Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to join our expanding IT Managed Service Provider in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key client relationships and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies for effective marketing and advertising spend to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales conversions.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager within the IT MSP sector.
  • Expertise in growing client relationships and conducting QBRs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both technical and business conversations with external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Autotask.
