Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and interventions to a small group of pupils with ASC.
  • Offer one-to-one support to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with the school's staff to create a nurturing learning environment, following each pupil's EHCP.
  • Assist with educational activities and promote social interaction and independence.

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with pupils with ASC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be advantageous.

Benefits:

  • Competitive daily rate of £83.85+ per day, paid through PAYE with no umbrella company or agency fees.
  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday, approximately 8:30am – 3:30pm.
  • Opportunity to work in a pleasant and supportive SEN primary school.
  • Weekly payments processed on timesheets.
