Key Responsibilities:- Stock Management: Oversee the storage, ripening, and allocation of stock to meet customer specifications while minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Inspect and report on raw materials, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate daily stock records and allocations, monitoring yields and defects by pallet and grower.
- Ripening and Allocation: Oversee the ripening process and allocate stock effectively to meet customer demands.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Update stock information on our Prophet computer system and maintain relevant records.
- Experience: Proven experience in quality testing fruit and managing inventory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
