We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in the Banbridge / Armagh region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading fashion retailer, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience as a Store Manager or equivalent, with a proven track record of improving store performance and increasing sales. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service and sales targets.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants, providing training and development opportunities to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability, while maintaining adherence to company policies and standards.
