We are seeking a skilled lawyer to join our Private Client Department in Exeter or Honiton/Tiverton offices. As a Private Wealth Lawyer, you will play a key role in advising clients on complex estate planning and inheritance tax matters.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of PQE and the ability to run their own files with minimal supervision. You will be expected to provide excellent service to our clients, including advising on and preparing Wills, Codicils, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a good benefits package and excellent career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on complex estate planning and inheritance tax matters
  • Preparing and executing Wills, Codicils, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Maintaining accurate records and files

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of PQE in private client law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
