Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

At Sloane, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests while maintaining the seamless operation and financial success of the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the comprehensive management of restaurant and in-room dining services.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings and team briefings, offering support and guidance to team members when needed to achieve collective objectives.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury property (pre-opening experience is highly desirable).
  • Excellent knowledge of wines and champagne.
  • Strong upselling skills and customer service know-how.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for creating unique experiences.
  • Ability to speak and write French is desirable but not essential.
  • Self-starter with creativity, high drive, and result-oriented approach.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate the team and maintain a high level of service.
