About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our Pricing Team at NFU Mutual. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of pricing algorithms for deployment to live production environments.

This is a hybrid role with up to 80% homeworking and 20% in our Stratford-upon-Avon office. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality solutions.

About You

We are looking for a professional with experience in Radar development and a strong understanding of the insurance sector. You will have a passion for software development and a desire to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop pricing algorithms for deployment to live production environments
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Team to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Work on a variety of projects, including software testing and basic SQL experience
  • Exposure to Agile project methodology
