Technical Publications Hub Manager

CPS Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Publications Hub Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality technical documentation across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships across departments to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Develop and implement clear content plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for all technical documentation projects.
- Lead and support a team of technical authors, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop and maintain content standards, processes, and documentation in the Business Management System.
- Explore new digital content formats, such as videos and augmented reality.
- Ensure compliance with export controls, health and safety regulations, and other business requirements.
- Degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or qualifications in English with a technical writing portfolio.
- Strong experience with Madcap Flare and Adobe FrameMaker is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in technical writing, team leadership, and resource management.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and drive content innovation.
