Our Graduates is seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Content and Design Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visually appealing marketing materials that align with our brand identity.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead the design and development of a wide range of marketing collateral, including posters, leaflets, website and email graphics, and social media assets for various events and campaigns. You will work closely with colleagues from different teams to develop accurate briefs and present compelling design concepts. Your attention to detail and creative flair will ensure that Our Graduates' brand is consistently represented across all materials.

We are looking for someone who thrives on challenges, working efficiently whilst maximising every design opportunity. Your approach should be user-focused and adaptable, excelling at time management, organisation and creative problem solving with strong layout and technical skills.

  1. Design and develop marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in visual identity across multiple platforms.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to develop design concepts, incorporating feedback and presenting ideas.
  3. Take ownership of design projects from briefing through to final production.
  4. Innovate by exploring new design ideas, techniques, and methods to elevate quality and creativity.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting high standards and stakeholder expectations.
