About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Darlington & Northallerton. As a Care Assistant, you will provide non-medical support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events
  • Support clients with household chores and errands
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements

  • Caring and empathetic nature
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently
  • Good working commitment and availability, including alternate weekends and some evenings
  • Driver required, as clients may need assistance with transportation
