About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to lead our fast-paced delivery kitchen in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of management experience in a QSR or delivery kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of kitchen staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain effective systems and processes to drive restaurant performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control labour costs, inventory, and waste management to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of management experience in a QSR or delivery kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
