Care Assistant for Young Client with Complex Needs

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced care assistant to support a young client with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or paediatric care, with a focus on peg feeding, seizure management, and knowledge of cerebral palsy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the client with daily living tasks, including medication management and mobility assistance
- Assist with peg feeding and seizure management
- Encourage social interaction and engagement with the client's family and community
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition
