Support Staff for Residential Team

As a Support Staff member for our Residential Team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the fee earners. This includes preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents, as well as handling general telephone enquiries and taking calls in absence of the fee earner.
You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail at all times. You will also be responsible for opening files using Ignite file opening system, generating initial client letters, and sending them to clients with relevant enclosures.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
