We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Site Manager Lead to join our dynamic Partnership team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects, from initial planning to completion.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing projects successfully. They should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling them to motivate and direct teams towards achieving project goals. Additionally, they should be familiar with building legislation and health and safety regulations, particularly NHBC requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and motivating site teams to achieve project objectives
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and expectations are met
  • Developing and implementing project plans and timelines
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs and resources
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes

In return for your hard work and commitment, CV Library offers a competitive salary of around £55,000 per year, dependent on experience and location.
