Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team at a manufacturer in Selby.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing planned, predictive, and reactive mechanical maintenance to ensure optimal equipment efficiency
  • Attending breakdowns, fault finding, and conducting rectifications of faults
  • Performing preventative maintenance inspections, diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding major equipment/components
  • Supporting the implementation of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained or relevant mechanical engineering qualifications
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Positive and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
