About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Claims Specialist to join our Liability team at MBA. As a Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing a mixed portfolio of Liability claims, ensuring SLA compliance, and contributing to KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of Liability claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with clients and brokers to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Adhere to company guidelines and external regulatory requirements in all adjusting activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve claims handling processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance claims handling, preferably in a Liability claims environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to research and apply relevant statutory duties and case law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
