About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client, a successful fast-paced SME, as their Marketing and Social Media Manager. The role involves managing the full Marketing function of the business, with a focus on planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.
* Create, curate, and manage content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.
* Analyse and report social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have strong knowledge of marketing strategies and social media platforms, along with experience in content creation, campaign management, and brand awareness. You will also possess formal qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and have proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
