Job Overview
Randstad CPE is seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our team in Hastings. As a key member of our construction workforce, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of groundworks projects.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Groundworker to work on a range of groundworks projects in and around Hastings. You will be working as part of a close-knit team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality results and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake groundworks tasks, including excavation, foundation laying, and finishing works
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient project delivery
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in groundworks or a related field
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Possess a full UK driving licence (desirable)
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating heavy machinery, such as dumpers and rollers (desirable)
- Heavy civils background preferred
