Job Overview: Fox Morris Group Ltd seeks an experienced social worker to join our Care & Support team in Rhondda Cynon Taff.

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package.

About the Position

We require a qualified social worker to manage a complex caseload and provide support to individuals over 18 with long-term care needs.

Your key objectives will include achieving positive outcomes for service users with physical and mental health needs, fostering strong relationships, and managing effective case management.

You will benefit from flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in adult care services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their workload independently, with regular check-ins and supervision.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Assess and plan individualized care packages for service users
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and carers
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  4. Maintain accurate records and reporting
Key Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified social worker
  • Valid DBS clearance
  • Right to work in the UK (passport required)
Working Hours and Arrangements
  • Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
  • Ongoing assignment period: 3-6 months or longer
  • Hybrid working arrangement: homeworking and office attendance at least once a week
