As a Band 6 Rapid Response Occupational Therapist at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in Taunton.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a response within 2 hours or same day to patients in crisis, helping to prevent hospital admission.
Requirements:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent is required for this position.
- Flexibility and adaptability are essential when working in community settings.
- A car owner with a valid driving license is essential for this role.
- Community working and/or acute services experience are highly desirable.
- Broad skills and experience in caring for the elderly and complex case management are required.
