We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Teacher Assistant to support our teaching staff and provide exceptional care to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching staff in the delivery of lessons and activities
  • Assist with classroom management and maintain a safe learning environment
  • Work closely with students to identify areas of improvement and provide targeted support
  • Communicate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patience and understanding when working with students
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
  • Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
