About the Role

This position plays a critical role in the success of our team, requiring a specialist with in-depth knowledge of defined benefit pensions administration and bulk annuity business. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end bulk annuity process.

Responsibilities

  1. Project Management: Oversee the transition of new bulk annuity business, ensuring timely completion of all tasks according to client expectations.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer experience, managing stakeholders throughout the transition process until final premium settlement.
  3. Data Cleansing: Lead data cleansing processes, ensuring key deliverables are completed within agreed timescales.
  4. Technical Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bulk annuity propositions, processes, and legislation, providing technical expertise to support team members.
  5. Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

  • Pension Administration: Strong background in pension scheme administration, specifically defined benefit pensions and bulk annuity business.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of bulk annuity propositions, processes, and legislation.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Salary and Benefits
