Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Replenishment Assistant. As a key member of our supermarket team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Replenish stock levels throughout the store, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with food and drink trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a till.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.
