Barista Specialist

We are currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.

1. Drink Preparation: Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights our customers.
2. Maintain a clean bar area, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
3. Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) efficiently.
4. Be an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
5. Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
6. Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to enhance your skills.
7. E nsure brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs promptly.
8. Represent Costa and maintain a positive brand image at all times.
9. Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards, prioritising customer safety and satisfaction.
10. Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, taking ownership of a safe working environment.
