As a Development Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of planning projects, working closely with our experienced team to ensure the successful completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in town planning and the built environment, and be able to demonstrate a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for the role. You will be responsible for researching planning policies, conducting site visits, and preparing planning applications.

Requirements
  • A degree in Planning, Geography, or a related discipline.
  • MRTPI accreditation or working towards it.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A competitive salary range of £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
