Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the premises department
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a facilities management role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary Information:

The salary for this position is £24,790 per annum, which is reflective of the industry standard for a facilities management role in the UK.
