Educators Wales is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Premises Coordinator to join our premises department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and security of our premises, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the department.
About the Role:

- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the premises in a clean, safe, and secure condition
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the premises department
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a facilities management role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary Information:
The salary for this position is £24,790 per annum, which is reflective of the industry standard for a facilities management role in the UK.
