Key Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the contract, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality food and beverage services to our clients and customers.
  • To build and maintain a positive and effective client relationship, ensuring we are true partners in their business.
  • To ensure the smooth planning of the contract and resources to deliver a first-class food and beverage service to our clients and customers.
  • To ensure all company promotions are correctly implemented (where applicable).
  • To ensure all products are correctly priced in line with client specifications.
  • Action plans are completed following consumer satisfaction surveys.

Essential Attributes

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a high-performing team, in the food service/hospitality/events sector across multi-site operations.
  • Experience in a similar environment, employing over 45 employees.
  • Extensive catering service experience in a role responsible for a turnover +£2million.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills. This contract is complex, devolved, and requires exceptional client and customer relationship management skills.
  • Track record of growing sales in both a competitive retail environment and through hospitality & event sector business.
  • Experienced in working alongside major venues/sporting bodies and in managing major hospitality programmes.
  • Excellent commercial acumen.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Use of IT packages including Microsoft Office, E-mail, Word, Excel, Digital Compliance reporting, and ePOS back Office systems.
