As a Parts Sales Executive, you will have the drive to deliver outstanding and trusted experiences for our customers.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Establish customers' needs for required parts through conversations, diagnosis, and recommendations as appropriate
  • Communicate relevant promotions and offers to customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to external and internal customers
  • Receive, record, and allocate parts and consumables from suppliers
  • Report any stock damages or losses
  • Assist with parts stock checks
  • Liaise and maintain a brilliant working relationship with the manufacturer
  • Be fully conversant with procedures within the parts department
  • Maintain and update displays as per manufacturer requirements

Required skills and qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Motor Industry experience is preferable
  • Happy to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail, good communication, and a passion for delivering great customer service
