Retail Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup and maintenance of retail displays, product placement, and stock levels within our client's stores.
Key Responsibilities- Expertise in merchandising and retail operations, with a strong understanding of our client's products and brand
- Compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines
- Product placement and replenishment, including arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays
- Promotional and point-of-sale setup, including setting up displays and signage to effectively communicate prices and offers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues
- Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service, with a passion for delivering excellent standards and service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable with manual handling and able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor
- Ability to use a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks
