Senior Hospitality Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Hospitality Leader to join our esteemed gastro pub restaurant in Barton. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

About the Role:

As Senior Hospitality Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development. You will work closely with the management team to drive business growth, implement new initiatives, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead service teams during peak periods, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and staff behavior, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and employee development.
• Monitor and control costs, managing labor, stock, and other expenses to achieve budget targets.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in hospitality or related industries, preferably in senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and market rates, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £32,500 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
