At GenesisCare, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Dosimetrist to join our team at our Cambridge centre. As a Senior Dosimetrist, you'll play a critical role in the treatment planning pathway, supervising and assisting with patient dosimetry and treatment planning. You'll work closely with our Lead Physicist and Centre Leader/Lead Radiographer to ensure seamless coordination of treatment planning activities.

• Manage the delivery of patient dosimetry and treatment planning services on site, ensuring timely completion of plans and tasks.
• Liaise with cluster GCUK sites and the wider network to coordinate treatment planning activities and optimize patient pathways.
• Take overall responsibility for the treatment planning service at your centre, applying specialist knowledge of treatment planning and radiation dosimetry.
• Supervise and assist with all aspects of patient dosimetry and treatment planning, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Specialist training in treatment planning techniques, such as BSc Radiotherapy or a suitable Graduate qualification.
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning and radiation dosimetry applied to radiotherapy treatment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
